Kaden Buck, MA-B, joined Alford Group in 2024 as a Business Development Associate, and brings with him a strong passion for helping nonprofit organizations fulfill their missions. He has a broad background, with focused experience in development, event programming and fundraising campaigns. Prior to joining Alford Group, Kaden worked for the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Foundation as a Development Manager, where he was responsible for managing the organization’s donor stewardship, fundraising, special events and sponsorships.
Kaden is a proud “Double Badger” and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Master of Arts-Business in Arts and Creative Enterprise Leadership in 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Jazz Studies in 2022. While at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Kaden was active in his local community by serving as a Teaching Assistant for a Black Music and American Cultural History course, completing a consulting project with local non-profit Allen Centennial Garden and volunteering for community arts organizations.
Kaden is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and is always eagerly pursuing personal and professional development opportunities to help himself grow. Kaden holds a firm belief that investing in himself is also a commitment to the communities and people that he serves, and constantly striving to learn is essential to him.
