Rachel Krinsky served for 20+ years in executive nonprofit leadership, guiding organizations towards growth, service, sustainability and equity. Rachel has extensive experience advising leaders and teams. She helps people and organizations achieve the highest performance of their goals by identifying and embodying their greatest strengths and strongest values.

Most recently, Rachel served as Executive Director of LifeWire, where she helped to significantly increase shelter and housing services for survivors of domestic violence in King County, including completion of a $16 million capital campaign. Prior to this role, she served as CEO at the YWCA Madison and as Executive Director of The Road Home Dane County, both in Madison, WI. In each role, Rachel exponentially increased revenues, developed and activated ambitious strategic plans and increased diversity, equity and inclusion.
