Elena Lynch brings over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She began her professional career working with youth and later worked in nonprofit fundraising and operations, focusing on campaign strategy, project management, program evaluation and grants management.
She completed a program in fundraising management at the University of Washington and continues to develop professionally in advancing diversity, equity and inclusion practices in the social sector. Elena grew up in the Chicago metro area and attended Grinnell College in Iowa, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Gender, Women’s and Sexuality Studies. She believes in the power of philanthropic partnerships to increase access to resources and support lasting change for individuals and communities.
