LuCinda Vacura leads the firm’s marketing, branding, sales and business development efforts. She oversees a firm-wide strategic marketing plan that identifies and engages key audiences and builds long-term partnerships.
LuCinda has devoted her career to the social sector. Prior to Alford Group, she was the Midwest Campaign Manager for the Union of Concerned Scientists where she helped found and launch the organization’s Midwest office. Preceding that role, LuCinda led advocacy and communication efforts with Environment America where she met with hundreds of legislators and the White House on the issues of clean water, clean air and climate change.
LuCinda currently sits on the board of Wisconsin Environment Research & Policy Center and serves on the communications leadership committee with Conscious Capitalism Chicago.
