Mallory Dubay is passionate about advancing equity, fostering community, and driving strategic impact for nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Alford Group, she built experience developing high-level organizational strategy as well as delivering frontline, client-facing services.
Her work includes providing bilingual Spanish-language assistance to asylum seekers in immigration legal services; leading national PR campaigns at a boutique media agency; and supporting the divestiture of a Fortune 500 corporation on PwC’s Deals Transformation team. She has also completed global strategy consulting engagements with World Vision Philippines, Poetry Ireland, Ultrax, and a small business in Santiago, Chile.
A native of Rochester, NY, Mallory earned her B.A. in Political Science from Hofstra University and her MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.
