Roz Lambert received a Bachelor of Arts in Fundraising and Philanthropy from Indiana University. She interned for three years in a development office during college, preparing her for Chicago’s vibrant nonprofit sector with jobs at Brookfield Zoo and University of Chicago Children’s Hospital, among others. She has experience in development operations, campaign management, major and annual giving, as well as data analytics and prospect management.
After 12 years in the field, Roz took a break to raise her children. During this time, she co-founded a nonprofit in 2013, which now operates as The Planned Giving Initiative, working to provide universal access to the benefits of planned giving.
Roz resides near the shores of Lake Michigan with her husband, unruly rescue dogs and college-age children.
