Shay Upadhyay is a creative thinker, problem-solver and collaborator. Shay has a breadth of consulting experience with a special interest in university fundraising and capital campaigns. She brings strong project management experience and is skilled in applying a rigorous, analytical approach to client situations to identify solutions that are grounded in evidence and experience. Shay enjoys staying up to date on trends in the nonprofit sector and adopting leading practices, products and tools to inform and improve clients’ work. She has also worked with development teams of all sizes to establish long-range goals and objectives that reflect the priorities of the organization.
Shay graduated from Indiana University-Bloomington with a BSPA in Nonprofit Management and Leadership, a minor in Social Welfare Advocacy and a certificate in Political and Civic Engagement. She is currently pursuing her M.S. in Nonprofit Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania.
