Remy (they/them) brings over seven years of experience in education, nonprofit operations, and community-centered program management. At Alford Group, Remy supports internal systems, project coordination, and staff engagement efforts across a national consulting team.
Before joining Alford Group, Remy worked with GiveDirectly on the implementation of the $42 million Cook County Promise Guaranteed Income Pilot—the largest publicly funded guaranteed income program in U.S. history. Remy also served as a founding team member at USC Brio College Prep in Los Angeles, where they taught high school Social Studies and led extracurricular programming, including coaching and student leadership development. Across all their work, Remy brings a deep commitment to equity, care-driven systems, and uplifting community voice.
